What laser power is required for cutting 3mm AISI 304?
Fiber laser from 2 kW cuts 3mm quickly and accurately. CO2 laser is also suitable, but at a lower speed.
Is a 3mm sheet easily bendable?
3 mm requires a hydraulic bending press. A standard 80T press is sufficient for most operations.
Does corrosion resistance differ from 1mm?
Thickness does not affect corrosion resistance. AISI 304 properties are the same regardless of thickness.
