Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a blind flange with internal thread and a plug blind flange?
The blind flange with internal thread (cap) is screwed onto the outside of the pipe end. The plug blind flange with external thread is screwed into the female opening. Both serve the same function – sealing the opening, but are used in different connection situations.
Is it necessary to lubricate the thread?
We recommend using PTFE tape or a threaded gasket for better sealing and corrosion prevention at the thread contact point. This is especially important in damp or chemical environments.
How quickly can I get it?
We deliver the blinds in stock within 1–2 working days throughout Lithuania.
