About stainless steel pipes
Karuselė supplies stainless steel pipes for several different application groups. DIN standard pipes (DIN 11850/11866) are intended for industrial piping – chemical, pharmaceutical, and general industry; their wall thickness and tolerances meet European standards. SMS standard pipes are used in the food and beverage industry, milk processing, and pharmaceuticals – their inner surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm, ensuring hygiene and easy cleaning with CIP systems.
For railing systems and architectural structures, we supply square (15×15 mm – 100×100 mm), rectangular (20×10 mm – 120×60 mm), and flat pipes. Thick-walled pipes (wall thickness from 4 mm) are intended for pressure piping and structures with high loads. AISI 316 pipes are recommended for marine environments, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. All pipes are cut to customer dimensions. Delivery within 1–3 working days.

What is the difference between DIN and SMS pipes?
DIN pipes meet the industrial standard (DIN 11850/11866) and are used for general industry. SMS pipes have a polished inner surface (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm) and meet hygiene requirements for the food industry – mandatory in food, dairy, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Is it possible to buy a shorter piece than the standard rod?
Yes – we cut according to your specified dimensions. The standard rod length is 6 m, but you can order pieces starting from 100 mm.
What are the delivery conditions?
We deliver pipes in stock within 1–3 working days throughout Lithuania. Pickup in Vilnius is also possible.
Are AISI 316 pipes suitable for marine environments?
Yes – AISI 316 has a molybdenum additive that provides extra resistance to chlorides and salty air. We recommend 316 for fishing boats, docks, and coastal structures.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes – all pipes come with EN 10204 3.1 material certificate. Additionally, hygiene certificates are available for food industry pipes.
