The data subject whose data is processed by the Data Controller has the following rights: to know (to be informed) about the processing of his data (right to know); access your data and how it is processed (right to access); to demand correction or, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, to supplement incomplete personal data of the person (right to correction); destroy your data or stop the processing of your data (other than storage) (right to destruction and right to be forgotten); has the right to demand that the Personal Data Controller restricts the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restriction); has the right to transfer data (right to transfer); to object to the processing of personal data when this data is processed or intended to be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, as far as it is related to such direct marketing.

If you no longer wish to have your personal data processed for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling, you can write an email to karusele@karusele.com and object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing and/or to opt-out of automated only, including profiling**, processing of your personal data without indicating the reasons for objection.

**According to the personal data provided by you, for the purpose of direct marketing, profiling of your personal data may be carried out in order to offer you individually tailored solutions and offers. You can withdraw your consent to the automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, or object to it at any time. 

The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by delivering it directly to the address: Meistrų g. 13, 02189 Vilnius.

Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than within one month from the date of the request, provide a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. If necessary, the specified period can be extended by another two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, within one month from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension, together with the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may not create the conditions for the data subjects to exercise the rights listed above, with the exception of the objection to the processing of personal data by way of direct marketing, when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and determination of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the rights of the data subject or other persons and protection of freedoms.
