About stainless steel railing systems
The stainless steel railing system consists of several main components. The main structure is supported by a pipe (usually Ø 38.1 mm or Ø 42.4 mm). Posts (with a flange to the floor or side) support the upper handrail pipe. 90° and 45° elbows are used at landings and angular transitions. Adjustable elbows (-90°…+90°) allow matching the angle to any stair slope. Horizontal infills – rods Ø 12 mm or glass panels with glass holders.
AISI 304 – the standard for outdoor and indoor railings. For marine environments (by the sea, pools), we recommend AISI 316. All components are compatible with each other based on pipe diameters (Ø 38.1 / 42.4 / 48.3 mm).
