About Stainless Steel Mesh
Woven stainless steel mesh is produced by interweaving a thick support wire and a thinner fabric wire – this structure provides precise and uniform aperture size, making it ideal for filtration. Aperture sizes range from 0.04 mm to 20 mm, wire diameter from 0.04 mm. Used in the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food filtration, and oil industry.
Welded stainless steel mesh is a stronger and cheaper solution for protection, enclosures, floor grates, and architectural elements. Standard aperture sizes: 6×6, 10×10, 12.7×12.7, 25×25, 50×50 mm. Wire diameter 0.5–4.0 mm. Width up to 2000 mm, roll up to 30 m. AISI 316 variant is recommended for marine environments and contact with aggressive chemicals. All meshes come with EN 10088 compliance documents. Delivery within 1–3 working days.

What is the difference between woven and welded stainless steel mesh?
Woven mesh has precise uniform hole size – ideal for filtration. Welded mesh is mechanically stronger and cheaper, suitable for protection, grilles, and architectural solutions.
In what quantities do you sell the mesh?
We sell by the meter from the roll or cut to the desired length/width. Minimum quantity – 1 m².
Is AISI 304 mesh suitable for outdoor use?
Yes – AISI 304 is resistant to atmospheric corrosion, rain, and moisture. For marine environments (coastal, ships), we recommend AISI 316.
What is the maximum possible roll width?
For woven mesh – up to 1500 mm, for welded – up to 2000 mm. Custom cutting is available.
Can it be used in the food industry?
Yes – AISI 304 and 316 woven mesh meets food contact requirements (EU Reg. 1935/2004). Additional FDA certification is available upon request.
