    The blind flange with internal thread (cap) is screwed onto the outside of the pipe end. The plug blind flange with external thread is screwed into the female opening. Both serve the same function \u2013 sealing the opening, but are used in different connection situations.<\/p>\n

    Is it necessary to lubricate the thread?<\/h3>\n
